The Journal maintains strict standards for ethical publishing, transparency, and integrity regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-assisted technologies. This policy applies to Authors, Reviewers, and Editors.


1. AI Policy for Authors

1.1 Full Author Responsibility

The full, exclusive, and non-transferable responsibility for the manuscript rests entirely with the Authors.

  • AI-generated or AI-assisted content
  • Undisclosed AI usage
  • Plagiarism or fabricated/manipulated data
  • Misleading or unverified information
  • Copyright violations
  • Ethical or legal misconduct

By submitting a manuscript, Authors confirm that the manuscript is fully reviewed, verified, and complies with all ethical, legal, and publication standards.

The Journal, Editors, Reviewers, and Publisher bear no responsibility for manuscript content.

1.2 Mandatory AI Disclosure

Authors must disclose any use of AI tools at the time of submission.

  • AI tool name (model/version)
  • Software version and date of use
  • Description of prompt/query
  • Sections where AI was used

This disclosure must be included in the Materials & Methods or Acknowledgment/Supplementary section.

1.3 Acceptable Use of AI

Permitted uses:

  • Grammar improvement
  • Language editing
  • Translation
  • Readability enhancement

Prohibited uses:

  • Scientific idea generation
  • Data creation
  • Experimental results
  • Analysis or interpretation
  • Writing conclusions
  • Fabricating references

1.4 AI in Figures and Images

  • AI-generated or modified images are prohibited, unless part of research methodology
  • If used in methodology, full disclosure is required
  • AI tools for graphs/visualization are allowed only if data is original and accurate

1.5 Complete Author Declaration

Authors confirm that:

  • No plagiarism or fabricated data exists
  • No manipulated images or false citations
  • No undisclosed AI usage
  • All data is legally obtained

Full responsibility includes:

  • Content accuracy
  • Scientific validity
  • Ethical compliance
  • Legal compliance
  • Copyright and data privacy
  • AI misuse

1.6 Pre-Submission Verification

Authors must thoroughly verify the manuscript before submission.

No claims of AI error, oversight, or misunderstanding will be accepted after submission.

1.7 Consequences of Violation

If issues arise at any stage (before or after publication), including:

  • Undisclosed AI use
  • Plagiarism
  • Fabricated data
  • Ethical violations

The Journal reserves the right to:

  • Reject the manuscript
  • Withdraw acceptance
  • Retract published article without notice

All consequences remain entirely with the Authors.


2. AI Policy for Reviewers

2.1 Confidentiality

Manuscripts are strictly confidential documents.

  • Do not upload manuscripts to AI tools
  • Do not share content with AI systems
  • Do not input reviewer reports into AI platforms

2.2 Scientific Evaluation

Peer review must rely on human expertise, critical thinking, and independent judgment.

  • AI must not be used to evaluate manuscripts
  • AI must not analyze or interpret data
  • AI must not make recommendations

2.3 Limited AI Use

AI may be used only for grammar and language improvement in reviewer reports, without entering confidential manuscript content.

2.4 Reporting AI Misuse

If AI misuse is suspected, reviewers must report to the Editor or Editor-in-Chief and must not contact authors directly.

2.5 Reviewer Responsibility

Reviewers are responsible only for academic evaluation and are not responsible for data authenticity, AI usage, or legal/ethical compliance.

Misuse of AI may result in removal from the reviewer panel.


3. AI Policy for Editors

3.1 Confidential Handling

Editors must ensure secure and confidential handling of manuscripts.

3.2 Editorial Decision-Making

Editorial decisions are based on human judgment and academic merit.

  • AI may be used for administrative tasks (e.g., plagiarism check, reviewer suggestions)
  • AI does not replace editorial judgment

3.3 No Content Liability

Editors are not responsible for:

  • AI-generated content by authors
  • Undisclosed AI use
  • Plagiarism or fabricated data
  • Legal or ethical violations

Full responsibility remains with the Authors.
